After what seemed like several missteps by Microsoft with their next gen console Xbox One, they shared an update on their Xbox Wire site titled Your Feedback Matters penned by Interactive Entertainment Business president Don Mattrick. In the letter, it talks about the changes they have made in their policies with the new console such as, being able to play used games on it and not requiring an internet connection to play which will allow gamers to continue to buy and trade used games as they do with the Xbox 360. It looks like a step in the right direction and we shall see how sales for both the Xbox One and the PS4 go after their release and if they are truly listening to their gaming customers.
